I will try pineapple next time! I always add about half a cup of OJ, no milk, ice cubes. In the summer I will use pineapple and strawberry. The pineapple is wonderful. I add a little Splenda for extra sweetness. Mine would be more on the thinner side since I don't use yogurt or milk.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9189561280975257345.post-22246434068417987092009-11-08T12:28:38.049-05:002009-11-08T12:28:38.049-05:00That sounds good Jr!

It's dangerous after 4 apparently :P

I do ice, a handful of frozen fruit (the more in the mix the better), two packets of Splenda, 2% milk (makes for a thicker smoothie but skim is okay too if you're trying to cut down the calories, just use a little extra ice to thicken) and plain organic yogurt.

I wish I were the type of person to measure things out but... yeah right. :)Jr Deputy Accountanthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12886649539758133191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9189561280975257345.post-22093200320626698422009-10-24T23:28:41.378-04:002009-10-24T23:28:41.378-04:00Thanks anonymous and mmcpa!
